Rev. Christopher did a wonderful job on our beach wedding! He went above and beyond and created a perfect wedding for us! He came early, made us feel comfortable, and his ceremony was beautiful, heart-warming, and had a hint of light humor. We received so many complements on our ceremony and I have a friend who's getting married in two month who now wants to change her officiant to Rev. Christopher. I would highly recommend Rev. On our special day I could not imagine anything more uplifting than having Rev. Christopher perform the ceremony. All of our guests were amazed at how wonderful he performed. I cannot recommend him enough, he is the best!!!!!

The Best!! Everyone loved him! Rev. Tuttle is serious yet lighthearted. He always has a smile and it's apparent that he loves what he does. After only several minutes sitting and talking with him, we knew he was exactly what we were looking for! He has such an awesome personality and is super easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with him immediately. To top that off, when we found out about his Military Mondays that he provides for our troops --- WOW! What a patriot! We chose Rev. Christopher to perform our ceremony without ever meeting with anyone else-- there was no point! He walked us through the entire process and made everything so easy! He was quick to respond to any and all my questions/concerns and always had some reassuring words to put my worries at rest. Our ceremony, the music, everything was perfect! Reverend Christopher Tuttle was amazing - he helped and guided us through our engagement and planning process. He was extremely prompt on returning emails and he text messages - which is very convenient. The first time I cried on my wedding day was when he came in to see me right before the ceremony to give me a pep talk - it finally hit me that it was real. We got tons of feedback on his serious yet lighthearted ceremony, intertwined with cute, tasteful jokes that everyone enjoyed and chuckled at. He always had a smile on his face, and you could tell he truly enjoys what he does and seriously cares about the people he is marrying. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

If you are looking for a professional, comical (if that's what you want, which we did), charismatic, and caring Officiant Rev. Christopher is your guy. He makes the entire process extremely easy: providing you a "work book" that essentially allows you to mix-and-match each section of the service. He is light-heartened and a very enjoyable for guests. I'm still getting rave feedback about him from those who attended our wedding.

We had a destination wedding to La Jolla, CA from Chicago, IL. I was worried about finding the perfect person to marry us. We flew out to San Diego two months before the wedding to meet with potential vendors, including officiants. We had a few meetings scheduled, with Rev. Christopher being our first one. After only several minutes sitting and talking with him, we knew he was exactly what we were looking for! He has such an awesome personality and was super easy to talk to. My Husband and I, were Married by Rev. Tuttle on March 5th 2012 and I must say he made it a very special ceremony; even though time was of an essence he gave a very beautiful and memorable one. Being the Bride of course I was late; but Rev Tuttle was very understanding my groom and I were very appreciative for his patience. He was able to get us an awesome talented Photographer who along with Rev. Tuttle offered their talents FREE all in appreciation to my husband who serves in the Military (USN). My fiance Bill and I found Rev. Christopher Tuttle by searching California Winery and Temecula wedding information. We knew we had always wanted a winery wedding and didn't want just anyone performing our ceremony. However, we were doing this on our own (privately-more like a planned elopement). We did find some diffuculties along the way without an event of 100 people. After reading the previous reviews on Christopher and all of the information available we knew there was no other officiant we would be satisfied with! We are a mature couple and research everything. Things like Better Business Bureau ratings are important and lend credibility to businesses. We felt both an emotional connection and a solid business were evident. Now-let's discuss Flexibility! Not knowing that we would have difficulty finding a venue without a big party......the location and times changed. We were so scared we would lose Christopher in the process. But that did not happen. He stayed right with us. We simply cannot imagine how our ceremony would have been without him. It was customized and flexible for our situation in Life; we included wine rather than traditional Unity things; it was very personal and most of all--we HAD FUN! How can you give a better review than on top of everything else--we had so much fun!! No stress, no tension. We were relaxed, joyful and enjoying the Moment. That is the way it should be! I wanted to surprise Jamie, my bride of 18 years, by asking her to marry me again. I originally proposed to her on a beach resort in Mexico, we got married on the coast in New Hampshire and I wanted to do it all over again on another beach...San Diego. What made it even more special was that our daughter Marly and Kayla would be there to witness it. Rev. Christopher made it easy to work out the details over the phone and online. Even from long distance, I felt comfortable that he would help to provide a lifetime memory...he did not disappoint. The process was smooth, the ceremony was beautiful, he helped coordinate a photographer and he was friendly and accommodating. The event (memory) went off better than I could have ever imagined. The unique nature of this vendor puts him in a catagory of his own. Reverend Christopher may be a little more expensive than other officiants, but NOWHERE else can you get this level of service. He's relaxed and confident, which you may not understand when you are in your planning stages, but on your special day there is nothing more relaxing than someone who obviously knows what they are doing. Meet with him once, and you'll see immediately that his ceremonies are special. Listen to him talk about them and you'll be mesmerized. Even at your rehearsal, you'll continue to be amazed by his little intricacies. None of these will prepare you for the actual ceremony! As I stood at the altar with my bride, Reverend Christopher continued to surprise me with his attention to detail, his humor, and little elements of the ceremony that really took my breath away. Every single guest I spoke with afterwards commented on his ceremony, and told me it was the most amazing they had ever seen. Make Vows from the Heart the first Officiant you meet with, it will save you the time of bothering to call anyone else.

Rev. Tuttle was more than I hoped for! I put together our small ceremony in a short amount of time and Rev. Tuttle couldn't have been more helpful. He made our ceremony fun and even tried to keep the nerves away from my soon to be husband! He always had a smile on his face and was very flexible to fit our needs. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family that are getting married in the area. We love you, Reverend!

I can’t add much more to the great things that have already been said about Reverend Christopher, except to reiterate that he is amazing! Hands down, we got more compliments about him as our officiant than anything else from the wedding – even my husband’s religious grandparents (who easily would have complained about the fact that we got married outdoors by a “nondenominational” officiant) complimented our ceremony. If you follow his blog, he is clearly a busy man, but that just manifests itself in professionalism and talent. Finally, and this has less to do with his day-of demeanor and more with his general approach, but I am so impressed with his ability to show enthusiasm and humility at his participation in so many weddings. It would easy for him to treat each couple as interchangeable and just another “gig”, but he posts everyone to his blog and treats each ceremony as such a special occasion. That’s a great quality and not too common for wedding vendors!

Rev. Christopher officiated my elopement ceremony at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego and I can't imagine anyone else being able to make our day as special as it was. I was looking for a very simple, no fuss elopement ceremony and was given exactly that. He covers all the bases with you and makes you feel so comfortable with the whole process. The ceremony was short and sweet, but Rev. Christopher's words will stick with me forever. You can tell that he loves what he does, and is grateful to be able to share in so many couples' big days. Reverend Chris performed a 10th anniversary vow renewal ceremony for my wife and I along with our children on Coronado beach. The setting, his flexibility, his well chosen words and personal attention set the tone that captured the significance of the event for both of us better than we had allowed ourselves to believe it would. We left grateful for his part in re-centering the importance of our relationship, always under the stress of a military lifestyle, in a way that broke with the everyday but without the encumberance of anything 'over-the-top' or awkward. Reverend Chris Tuttle from Vows from the Heart is, without question, the best wedding officiant in San Diego. Don't settle for someone else when you can have the best there is. The most important thing about Rev. Chris, and he will remind you of this, is that he works to serve his couples. He will make you feel like you've known him for years. My new husband and I had our initial meeting with Rev. Christopher last May. He was very informative, did not pressure us at all, and provided us with a handbook that made it so easy to put our ceremony together. We loved the vibe we got from him: relaxed and fun. Although we were encouraged by Rev. Christopher to meet with several officiants before making a decision, we left the meeting feeling like he was the perfect officiant for us and immediately contracted his services. As it turned out, we were right! He was the right mixture of tear jerking and levity, our guests loved him!
