Sterling Rose Limousines

Sterling Rose was a disaster. We rented a stretch limo to take us from South Coast Winery in Temecula to Grand Traditions in Fallbrook. We paid for three round trips (bridal party, groom and grooms men and guests) but the driver took a very long roundabout route for the second trip which got the groom there late and made his third trip too late to take the guests (they had to take thier own cars and were 15 minutes late to the wedding. We had a town car for the bride and groom after the wedding and that went as scheduled.We had a party bus to take the bridal party, family and guests back to South Coast Winery and paid for two round trips. The driver made the first trip and refused to make the second trip stranding the bride and grooms families at the wedding venue.The strech limo driver was also the party bus driver and he was rude, disrespectful and nasty. After bringing this up to Sterling Rose the next day we were promissed a partial refund for an amount we both agreed upon. Over the past two weeks we have recieved about 3/4 the agreed refund amount and they have been very slow in returning correspondence or phone calls.Everything for our wedding went perfect except the transportation and Sterling Rose was horrible.

Sterling's was alittle expencive but the service they provided with our package was amazing.Everyone who went along for the ride in our limousine had lots of fun.The chaufeer was kind and made sure to assist everyone.I am looking forward to booking another of their limousines for a tour.

My husband surprised me with a limousine after our wedding. We were going to drive our car to the hotel that we were staying at and about 2 hours before the wedding he called and got a limo. They did a great job.
