Steele Canyon was a dream come true for our wedding! Everybody was wonderful, professional, timely, classy... I can go on and on. Barry Rice, the wedding coordinator, was fantastic. The entire venue was amazing. We had the plated dinner with prime rib or parmesean chicken and both entrees were phenomenal. Barry made planning the wedding painless and fun by offering a preferred vendor event where we found our DJ, our cake and our linen company. He was quick to respond to any and all correspondence regarding wedding details, club events, etc. I just wish we were getting married again so I could experience the day again! I highly recommend Steele Canyon Golf Club to all brides who want a beautiful, classy, flexible, and memorable wedding. Barry and his staff made it their job to keep us focused on the wedding and nothing else and we are so pleased with how everything turned out.

Just wanted to thank Barry Rice and Steele Canyon for all of their help and patience in making our daughter's wedding day a beautiful one. Everything was to perfection, from the ceremony, reception area, cocktail hour, food, all of the wonderful and caring staff, timing, organization, and of course, Barry's amazing dance floor moves! Barry has been blessed with a special gift in the manner of which he makes everyone feel welcomed and special when planning a wedding. His kindness and graciousness will always be greatly appreciated...giving our daughter a wedding of her dreams come true with cherished memories that we all will hold deep within our hearts. Steele Canyon was AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better ceremony and reception site! The area is beautiful, the food amazing, and the staff unforgettable!! Barry Rice is by far the best wedding coordinator! He takes pride in his venue and makes your special day absolutely magical! Things would not have gone near as smoothly had it not been for Barry! I would recommend Steele Canyon and Barry to anyone getting married that wants to feel like royalty!! Thank you for everything Barry and the Steele Canyon crew :)

I have to say Steele Cyn was the best place to have your wedding and reception in the same place. Barry, SC's coordinator, was awesome. He made planning a wedding such a breeze. He answered questions, emails, phone calls, etc so quick. We found out about Steele Cyn from my wedding coordinator, Victoria w/ Theory wedding & Events. She drove all over town w/ us and convinced us that Steele Cyn was the place. We are so happy w/ our choice. The food was great and everything went without a hitch on the wedding day. Thank you Barry & the SC crew for such a beautiful day. See you in the future!

My husband and I got married at Steele Canyon on 9/10/11 and could not of found a better venue. Barry Rice (SC's wedding cord.) worked with us on every detail we needed and made our wedding the most special day we will remember. As far a bang-for-your-buck you cant get any better than Steele Canyon. The wedding area outside/inside is beautiful, with a golf course that would rival any venue on the sea. We have nothing bad to say about the staff or venue, EVERYTHING was great! We would recommend this site to anyone.

Steele Canyon Golf Club, the answer to every bride and groom's nightmare, you know one of the biggest decision a bride and groom have to make is finding a venue. This was the answer to our prayer's, a one stop shop, no fussing, no clean up, VIP service from the day you attend a wedding expo, till your last dance. We treasured all they had to offer and enjoyed everything we ate, in fact, I heard they even got an award for being one of San Diego's top venues. Steele Canyon was an amazing venue for our outdoor wedding ceremony and our reception!! Barry Rice and the Steele Canyon staff are great to work with - very professional and friendly. The venue is gorgeous - with a beautiful sunset during the reception. The new patio is also a wonderful addition. The price is also much more reasonable than other venues in the area. The food is also very good. Our families and guests are still talking about how wonderful our wedding was and how it was one of the nicest weddings they had ever been to. You will not be disappointed!!

Great venue-beautiful facility. Barry Rice is first class and does a great job with the entire process. The food was amazing. We had a plated Filet, mango chicken or salmon. All were very good, generous portions and prepared to perfection and that is not easy for a wedding of 200 guest. I highly recommend Barry and his staff. Love having the ceremony and reception at the same location, it makes everything easier for everyone. This venue is an exceptional value. You would expect to pay more for a wedding at such a beautiful facility and with the quality of food and beverage that are provided.

My husband and I would highly recommend Steele Canyon to anyone looking for an amazing place to have a wedding. It is absolutely beautiful. The ceremony site was wonderful and the reception hall with new deck were perfect. Such an amazing place. The food was delicious. I even had a head chef as a guest that said that he loved the food. Also the director, Barry, and his staff were great. Very profesional and helped every step of the way. Thank you so much Barry for making our day perfect!

My experience from beginning to end was amazing! Barry and his staff were true professionals and made sure that every detail of my wedding was perfect! Barry was so awesome!! He helped calm my nerves and assured me that everything would be absolutely perfect...and it WAS!!! The venue is the most beautiful setting to have a wedding. I would recommend Steele Canyon to everyone, it truly was a dream wedding and better than I ever imagined! Thank you Barry!!!!!

The grounds are maintained beautifully and provide the perfect backdrop for all of your special moments, the staff is very friendly and always accommodating, and the venue’s recent renovations add a touch of elegance to Steele Canyon’s ceremony and reception areas. The golf course’s Director of Food and Beverage, Barry Rice, is a huge help for any bride (or groom) who wants a sincere and professional helping hand at their venue. Our wedding planning experience with Barry was pleasant every step of the way and our wedding day was everything we’ve always dreamed it would be. Where do I begin, Steel Canyon and Barry Rice made my wedding a day a dream come true. I can not believe how Barry made everything just come together....all of my friends and even a few of our vendors said that my husband and I where the most relaxed bride and groom they have ever seen....that is because I knew Barry and his wonderful staff had everything under control. Barry was always available to answer any of my questions ( I had a lot of questions) He was so flexible and always welcomed my family to be included in the wedding planning.
