Our Salon Hair & Spa

I was in a wedding and we went here to get our hair done. I wasn't looking for anything crazy! Kristina did my hair and it looked amazing. All of our hair looked great, especially the bride (of course). They had champagne for all of us and we all got ready and it wasn't chaotic! Highly reccommend!

I have been going to this salon for my regular color and haircuts. So it only seemed natural to have my stylist do my hair for the wedding. She already knew my hair type and what it was capable of doing. I wanted it pinned up for the ceremony and down for the reception. She rigged it in such a way that it was really easy for me (really my bridesmaid) to unpin it and VOILA!! My entire bridal party including a flower girl, my mom and mother in law had their hair done. We basically invaded the salon and they were so gracious to us.

Akasha did a *beautiful* job with my wedding hairstyle. I came to her with a difficult task too! My husband and I had a "nautical steampunk" wedding so the style I desired was something out of the Regency (early 1800's) period in history... lots of precise curls pinned exactly in the right places. Plus I have short hair, so there wasn't much to work with. Akasha scheduled a pre-wedding test session a few weeks before, listened to my ideas, looked at a few example pictures I brought, and created a hairstyle that fit perfectly. Akasha (and the other ladies at Our Salon) are extremely professional and attentive. They offer you a beverage when you come in, and Akasha gives a nice little head and neck massage during the shampoo. Akasha is my regular stylist as well, and she always does a great job with my hair. She not only remembers the exact style I like from appointment to appointment, but has the uncanny ability to remember every little thing I chatted about two month prior as well.

I looked GREAT on my wedding day! I was able to describe what I wanted and they tailored it to my needs. Very friendly, professional, and detail oriented. I recommend them, you will LOOK FABULOUS on the most important day of your life.

Ladies were awesome to work with! So nice and the work they did was amazing! It held all day with moving, changing clothes, and dancing. We got tons of compliments, I couldn't be happier with the results!!!!!
