Impresario Music

I had booked Impressario Music after spending many hours searching for a string trio to play at my wedding. The musicians played beautifully, and my guest commented on how well they played. The musicians were quite pricey but comparable to other groups in the San Diego area. They arrived early and started on time. Travis, the man in charge, is friendly, but not entirely responsible. In our emails, he called me the wrong name multiple times because he confused me with another client. He also told me that he never received my final payment and that it was overdue even though I had mailed him a check two weeks in advance. It turned out that he had received my payment on time and that my check was buried underneath other mail. The contract also says that you are not booked until your first payment has been cashed. Over a month after receiving my first payment, Travis finally cashed my check. Expect a few headaches along the way, but overall it was worth it for live musicians.
