Donna from Escape To Travel was extremely helpful and very patient in helping us decide on our destination for our honeymoon. We ended up going with Sandals Resort in Antigua and couldn't have been happier with our choice. She even offered to personally deliver our travel packet to us even though we were several hours out of the way, and she was on vacation at the time across country! Highly recommended travel agency any brides can ask for. I've always wanted to spend my honeymoon in Tahiti, and Escape To Travel helped made it afforable and possible!! Their service was beyond excellence, compared to 3 other travel agencies I've visited and spoken to. I've gotten a phone call only a few hours after I applied a simple questionair on their website. Their service is based on what the customer wants and needs, and they are willing to go on an extra mile just to find the right package deal that satisfy their customers. Booking the tickets 6-7 months ahead, my travel agent would touch base via mail or phone monthly just to give me an update and progress on my order. Traveling to a place that is new and unknown, I've asked a billion questions, and thankfully my agent was patient enough to drill me down with everything that I need to know about the island i'll be staying. Also, price listings on inner island activities and food cost were provided, that helped me and my husband a lot because it gave us a lot of time to think about what we want to do and how much it would cost first handed rather than finding that out later during our trip. One of the greatest thing about Escape to Travel is their quick response to an unexpected event. 1 week before I was scheduled to wed and depart for my honeymoon, my handbag was stolen with my honeymoon package tickets in it!! Escape To Travel was able to get everything that was lost within a few days time and express mailed at my front door!!! I can't be thankful enough with that level of customer service!!! Within that experience I've developed a friendship with my travel agent (Donna) whom went out of her way to make sure and assure that everything will be taken care of! More so, the day i departed Tahiti, the Soma island encoutered a natural disaster, Tahiti was warned for the aftermath that was passed from Soma. My family member could not reach us (because we were already boarded on the plane) or find out if we were affected, so they turned to my travel agent for help. Shortly enough, my travel agent informed my family that we were safe and had left the island before the warning. For all the brides out there, you can't go wrong with Escape to Travel, as for me, I've visited the perfect place I've wanted for my honeymoon, and i've also gain a friend whom could do so much for someone she's never met!
