Elizabeth did an excellent job coordinating the wedding of my daughter Callie in September 2010. She went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. She did everything we wanted...and alot more. I would recommend her to everyone! If I had another daughter I would use her again for sure!

Elizabeth and her staff were fantastic for our wedding, we couldn't have asked for a better events coordinator on our day! We booked her kind of last minute because my mom realized we couldn't do everything and still enjoy our day! Elizabeth did a fabulous job keeping us organized and really helped us pull all of our ideas and concepts together! She made personalized schedules for each member of the bridal party so we all knew where to be when. We live in Colorado and all of our vendors and everything were in California, Elizabeth helped us choose vendors and even met with them when needed! She couldn't have been any better and her prices are well worth it! She puts WAY more into your wedding than you pay her for if you know what I mean ;) I really hope you consider Elizabeth and her staff for your wedding, she will really blow you away with her prices, efforts and helpful input! I cannot rave enough about how she made my wedding day happen perfectly! I wouldn't have changed a thing!

I had no idea what a process wedding planning was until I began. I really had to work to convince Tom that we needed a wedding planner, but no one was more thankful than him once Elizabeth began working and I stopped pulling my hair out. We had a gorgeous affair at the Hyatt, and it was all due to Elizabeth and Maximum Capacity Events. She went with me to almost every meeting, and was able to point out problems or positives with vendors that I would have never noticed, and she always had a list of questions for them which quickly drew out more information that had gotten in all my dealings with them alone. We went over everything Tom and I envisioned for our wedding, from the theme (white, modern, elegance) to the design (i wanted flowers and crystals everywhere) to the little extra details that you don't really consider, but left all the guests talking, like the giant diamonds we used as place cards, or hiring a baby-sitter so my guests were able to party with us into the night, even though they brought their children. There is so much to say that I just don't know where to start. I put my entire wedding in Elizabeth's hands and she did not let me down. Our wedding day was more than anything I ever could have imagined. She knew where to cut the budget to leave money for other things that were more important, she found the best vendors for me (I was happy with ALL of them) and she made sure that above all, Tom and I were happy and relaxed from the day we hired her (about 4 months before our wedding - yes, I know I waited too long!) to the actual date. Actually, she even had the 2 days following our wedding perfectly coordinated as well, as we had planned a slew of activities for our out of town guests. Her talent and professionalism is obvious, her skills were simply astounding, and she clearly puts everything into each wedding. Even more impressively, she was planning 4 other weddings for the same month (June is popular) but she never once confused my wedding details with anyone else, or called me by any other name. She always made us feel like our wedding was her number one priority in life, and that always comforted me. Thank you doesn't begin to cover the gratitude and appreciation I feel for you Elizabeth, but I suppose it's a start!

My wedding was.... perfect! I'm a real estate agent - I sell homes, I don't plan weddings. I am now Maximum Capacity Events biggest fan. Elizabeth Giles is the best wedding planner in all of San Diego and Orange County and this why: #1. Everyone should hire Elizabeth/Maximum Capacity Events. There is just way too much work to do on your own. #2. She negotiated prices with vendors so that we weren't flushing money down the toilet. #3. She came up with really creative little ideas that I would never have thought of and that our guests lvoe #4. She can sew! She sewed the buttons back on to my dress when they popped off, before my melt down could even start. #5. She's cheap! Lets face it, wedding planners cost a pretty arm and a leg, but she runs specials pretty much every month of the year. #6. Even with what we paid her, she SAVED us money. My husband was beyond thrilled. #7. She actually cares. We weren't just another gig to her. I know she was planning a bunch of other weddings while she was planning ours, but she never got us mixed up with anyone else and she actually cared about us. #8. She can do anything out of nothing. She created wonders with budget we gave her. We spent most of it on the ring, dress, venue, and catering, but you would not believe the beauty she created with the amount left. #9. She eliminates the stress. When I first hired her, I was frazzled, stressed, and completely overwhelmed. As soon as I hired her, I relaxed. As soon as she showed me the inspiration board she created for us, I competely let go. No stress - no worries - no fears = fabulous. #10. She's the best! I have been a bridesmaid in 3 different weddings in the last 6 months and I can tell you that not a single one of those wedding had the same amazing designs, the same attention to details, or the same smoothness as ours did, and they all had wedding planners. They did not compare and now all three of those brides have admitted it.

Elizabeth recently coordinated my April 24th wedding, and it was hands down, amazing. She rocks! It was more beautiful than I ever dreamed and there wasn't a single problem on the wedding day (at least that I was aware of). I began the wedding planning process stressed about all the things I had to do and how to find the time for it, but as soon as I hire Maximum Capacity, all those fears were set aside and I honestly didn't have to worry again. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. It was so fun to get to know her throughout the process too. She's a wonderful woman and she helped make our wedding our dream come true (cliche as that sounds, it's the truth)!

When I hired Elizabeth I was a bit skeptical of the whole wedding planner idea but once we met, she got straight to business planning every small detail to make my big day the most AMAZING day of my life as my hubby and I shared vows. I was nervous to hire someone for fear they would plan my wedding as they wished but Elizabeth listened to every wish of mine and followed through with every detail she promised she would, all the way down to the shade of napkins. With her excellent expertise and professionalism she was without a doubt the most amazing event planner in all of California!

Elizabeth Giles of Maximum Capacity Events was the best investment I made for my wedding!!! She was kind, courteous, held everyone's attention! She got us through our rehearsal very smoothly, which was miraculous! On the day of my wedding, while the preparation room was packed with girls and makeup and hair stylists, finalized everything that was "in the air", made sure that I was calm and relaxed - she even answered my phone for me!!!! Elizabeth Giles of Maximum Capacity Events was a dream! Everyone loved her and people still tell me to this day how great my planner extraordinaire was! From making sure the groom was where he was supposed to be and to the placement of the band, Elizabeth was always on task and rose above the challenge. Anyone who has her as their planner is going to have a very smooth, well organized event that is classic, stylish, elegant.

Oh Beth, I just don’t even know where to begin… Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU! What in the world would we have done without you? And to think that Mark didn’t even want to waste our money on a planner for the whole wedding. If we hadn’t of hired you, who knows how much extra money we would have wasted! Mark was doing the calculations on the plane (on the way to our honeymoon. He never stops thinking!) and he determined that you paid for have your fee just by finding us a better catering company. I can’t even imagine what else you saved us. Anyway, I just think you were just incredible and I don’t know what in the world we would have done without you. Our wedding was just perfect! O! Elizabeth was Delightful and Professional. We had a huge wedding that we decided to do at the last minute. I called a few of the "Top" event planners in the city and Maximum Capacity Events was the only company who would plan our event on such short notice. We were hoping for a nice party but also realized that we may not get spectacular due to the short notice. Elizabeth made us feel like we had all of the time in the world. Every request we had she were able to fulfill. She had a tremendous staff who made our event perfect, beyond what we ever expected and all of this within last minute time constraints and under our budget maximum. I will have all of our future events planned by Maximum Capacity.

Elizabeth is not only one of the most professional, organized and thorough people I have ever worked with but also someone who you truly want with you on one of the most special days of your life. She not only makes all of the planning stress go away - she creates a relaxed, joyful atmosphere the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything with Elizabeth there. I loved my floral arrangement of wild flowers for my bouquet. It was very beautiful and vibrant with colors. She tied my bouquet in with the daisies on the groomsmen jackets. Her knack for details and creativity added flair and elegance to my wedding ceremony.
