This baker was recomended through my venue and was great, especially if you are not looking to spend an arm and a leg on your cake. We did 2 flavors and both were delicious. We went in to her shop not knowing what we wanted to do, but after seeing all the beautiful cakes we were able to pick out something simple yet sophisticated.

Jennifer brought my vision of a beautiful wedding cake to life! The cake that she made for our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous! Not only was it gorgeous, but it was delicious! The intricacy of her design flowed wonderfully and created an amazing end product, and the variety and richness of the flavors that she used were most definitely something to rave about! Jennifer was amazing, my husband and I loved that everything is so personal and she does it herself. The cake was soooo beautiful and tasted incredibly good, we had three tiers with two different toppings- red velvet and chocolate. So many guests raved about how beautiful it was and how it tasted. We couldn't have been happier with her service or the outcome!

Jennifer was fantastic! She is truly a baker that produces a quality product! She took our comments (that we weren't crazy about paying for fondant b/c you can't eat it) and knowing how much we like chocolate, she suggested a fudge layer for the outside that was looked fantastic and tasted even better! She created a wonderful grooms cake as well as pastries and a special filling that we asked for the cake...I would recommend her to anybody that wants a beautiful cake that tastes as amazing as it looks!

Very yummy cake. The lemon was the best - who would have thought. The cake looked very nice and the prices are excellent.

I married my husband, Loren Scott, on December 4, 2009 at Top of the World Spa and Resort in Temecula, California. We'd actually booked Jennifer of Elegance on Display over a year in advance to do our cake! And I am so glad!! Our wedding cake was AWESOME and working with Jennifer was always easy and pleasant!Our cake was a round three tier cake with rough-texture butter cream frosting and a bouquet of flowers with a big satin ribbon on top. The cake looked absolutely beautiful. The color (dark ivory) and texture of the icing was perfect! By my request, the tiers were done like a torte so each tier was made of four frosted layers instead of two. The top tier was black forest cake with cherry filling. The middle tier was carrot cake (my husband's favorite. This is the one we cut). And the bottom tier (my favorite!!!) was half vanilla / half coffee flavor with a creamy mocha filling. It was INCREDIBLE.Everyone was raving about how good the cake tasted, including our wedding planner, who said it was the best wedding cake she's ever had. She even took a slice of my favorite tier home to her husband, who also agreed that it was the best!! Apparently, up until now, they'd considered their own wedding cake, which had been made by her husband's aunt, to be the best wedding cake ever, and had been comparing wedding cakes ever since. She said Jennifer's cake is the first and only cake to top their aunt's wedding cake, so what a huge compliment to Jennifer!As I'd told Jennifer (and everyone else) on the day of the wedding, our cake was the only aspect of the planning that we did not have any difficulties with, so a big warm thanks to Jennifer for her reliability, attention to detail, and superb customer service. My husband and I run a wedding photography studio in Murrieta, and we've been referring all our clients to Jennifer. Now our wedding planner will also be referring her! Jennifer is the BEST!!

Great looking cake and it tasted amazing too!!!

The cakes from Elegance on Display are beautiful and tasty! Jennifer is really flexible and open to ideas. We had a 3 layer cake: Lemon with strawberry filling, chocolate with fudge and chocolate mousse filling, and red velvet with cream cheese. They were all delicious, and the cake was exactly what we had asked for. She even gave us a separately packaged top tier for our anniversary that wasn't included in the cake served at wedding. The price is really reasonable. If I do a special event in the future I will definitely look to get it there.

She made us the best cake. It tasted excellent. All of our guests complemented our cake. We had the chocolate with cream cheese frosting. It was so good. Also, the cake was decorated beautifully and came out exactly like I wanted it to. I would definetly recommend this baker. Also, I called around and her prices were the best too.

Jennifer made a wine barrel with wine bottle topper cake for my Temecula winery wedding. Guests were poking their fingers on it to see if it was real! It was absolutely flawless and tasted great. After viewing her wonderful work on her website (www.eleganceondisplay.com), I took in a picture of my idea and knew she had the experience and confidence to make exactly what I was asking. Jennifer made her first professional cake at the age of 12, and it's evident her talent has evolved over the years. Thank you for my "one-of-a-kind" wedding cake; it was simply Elegant!!!
