Continental Catering

Kristie at Continental was great! She coordinated all of our rentals and made sure everything went smoothly during the planning and on our big day. And the food was AWESOME! Our guests loved it and my Grandma is still raving about the chicken breast (and she hates chicken breast normally!)I definitely appreciate all that Kristie did - she had appetizers waiting for us as soon as the ceremony was over and kept sending waiters our way during our post-ceremony pictures. And when it was time for dinner, she had 2 big plates waiting for me and my husband. They were great!

The food was fantastic!! The service was amazing. Kristi was great to work with and was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Our guests raved about the food and the excellent service by the catering team.

We had such an incredible experience with Continental! The food was AMAZING! We chose to go with a couple of food stations and all of our guests were so so happy with the options (and said it didn't feel at all like a "generic or cheap buffet" - which I was a bit worried about).The hit was the Mashed Potato Martini Bar where guests could put their own personal favorites together. When I ask guests how they enjoyed the day, they often mention how fun the stations were.The display was GORGEOUS, too! They worked so well with the style of our wedding and were able to make beautiful presentations for the different food areas.We felt VERY taken care of during our day, as well. Kristie, our catering manager (LOVE HER), made sure that we had exactly the food & drink we needed at all times and I haven't heard any negative feedback from any of my guests. Everyone thought it was amazing!I had actually been to a wedding that used Continental while I was prepping my wedding and was SO excited to eat their food again.THANKS CONTINENTAL!!!

We used Continental Catering for our wedding in September, and couldn't have been more pleased with the food. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. All our guests commented on how amazing the food was!!

They did a special Greek menu for us and it was amazing. Thank you for working so hard to make us happy

I was extremely impressed by the quality of the food and the professionalism of everyone from Continental Catering. Maria was especially helpful as we planned our menu and worked out the details. The decor in the buffet and appetizer areas completely fit in with the rest of our wedding decorations. Nearly all of our guests commented on how delicious the food was at the reception. Many were pleasently surprised that wedding food could taste so great. I would definitely hire Continental Catering to cater future events!

This was one of my favorite vendors! They were so amazing! Their food was delicious, and their displays were phenomenal! I had guests asking who our caterer was because they wanted to use them for events. I really can't stress enough how delicious their food was and how beautifully it was presented. Their staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went smoothly and beautifully. Their staff is very quick, friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this caterer a thousand times over!

I can't even begin to describe the fabulous job that Paul and everyone at Continental did for us. We are from Texas, so choosing vendors was a little scary. But with the recommendation of the event planner at our venue, we decided to go with Continental Caterers. From the beginning, they were very willing to work with us to get into a price range that we needed, and had hundreds of items to choose from to make up the menu. During the wedding, Paul took great care of us making sure that we were able to eat everything that we had chosen and always had full glasses (of water OR wine). All of our guests raved about how wonderful the food was, and if I had to do it all over again...I would choose Continental Caterers.Thank you for helping to make our wedding perfect!

My venue only allows them onto their boats, as they are old and part of a museum. So I didn't have a choice to use them, but after I worked with them, I was glad the decision was made for me. :)The food was so great. The displays went with the theme and venue of the wedding, which I couldn't have dreamed up myself. The food was so delcious: I couldn't get over it.

The ladies at Continental Catering gave me the most amazing experience. I just celebrated my third anniversary, and people as STILL talking about the reception. The meeting and discussion part I was nervous about and was put immediately at ease. The presentation was flawless. Absolutely amazing. And the taste, well, the crab cakes were awesome (I never got one, flitting around like an idiot), the entrees were PERFECT, the wait staff was on top the entire time, kept the whole thing moving, it was seamless, the bartender kept up with a pretty high demand. I'm having a landmark birthday very soon, and I'll hire them again to do the food for that.

We and our guests loved the food. Continental Catering has an excellent and diverse menu for couples to build their own spread of food for receptions. Food was definitely fresh and well prepared and set up/clean up was quick & professional!

I ended up having a family friend cater my event, but I had been in touch with Continental on and off for months. They were so responsive to all my emails and phone calls, which I really appreciated. If I didn't have the family friend come through, I would have booked Continental. They really impressed me with their professionalism, so I thought I would let people know what a great experience I had with them. I have been recommending them to all my friends.

Perfectly executed our vision for our wedding. Continental made all of our guests happy, and managed to impress the foodie bride and groom. They accommodated our late changes, and really worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. The quality was excellent, and the service was good too. The only complaint that I had was that my plate got cleared too soon - as the bride I was constantly getting up and talking to someone (trust me I would have rather been eating) and one of the waiters took my plate of delicious skewers :( But everything was great and I'd use them again without a second thought.

We had mexican food and it was delicious. They also include decor for the food tables which looked like it was from a bridal magazine. They were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Continental Catering is a great choice for a wedding. The food we chose was simple, but delicious. Our guests continue to compliment us on the food. They are incredible flexible when it comes to choosing your menu and really worked with our strict budget. They provided all of the linens, barware, silverware and china for our wedding and their food displays are gorgeous. Kristie was really great to work with as well. She was very flexible and responsive in answering all of my crazy questions. I'd definitely recommend Continental to other couples--they are a great value for the wonderful food they provide.

Setting up with the catering coordinator Maria was very good. She was very helpful and help us save costs. Wait staff did forget to fill glasses for toast, broke a vase from one of my center pieces, and forgot to bring lemonade for the children. I was overall okay with everything and had a positive experience. Everything can not always be perfect>

Continental was our 2nd choice for our caterer at our reception in Sept. 09. Kristi, the relationship manager, was SO flexible and accomodating. They let us schedule a tasting when my mom and my husband could join. And they were willing to include candles, linens, chairs, etc. Unfortunately their food was not as fresh and didn't taste as homeade as the caterer's work who we chose (hence the lower rating for Quality above.) We got the impression that several of the sauces were out of a can. And they wouldn't make our dessert for the tasting (we didn't have cake.) But for the price and flexibility, Continental would be a great option for any bride and groom!

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised to discover that the food was better at the reception than it had been at the tasting. At the tasting we thought, "Eh, it's wedding food. Can't expect much." At the reception we thought, "Dang! This is pretty good! Better than the first time!". Our guests were happy, we were happy. I would recommend them.
