We purchased our wedding bands at Charles Koll and are so pleased with the products, professionalism, and personalities of the staff. We have found our jewelers for life at this store, not only because of their top-of-the-line workmanship but because of how they treat their customers. We trust them and enjoy coming in to the store. To top it off, my husband loves visiting because they always offer him a drink!

Choosing an engagement ring can be such a stressful time for a guy. Not only the financial aspect of making the purchase but making sure you select the right one. After checking out some of the highly advertised stores, I had a recommendation to check out Charles Koll in Fashion Valley Mall. Partner David Armstrong met with us and answered a ton of questions, explained the differences in gems/pricing all while not forcing something we didn't want down our throats. After picking out the band, David chatted with me a bit about my budget and once I was close to having the funds, contacted me to come look at some diamonds. David made a masterpiece and I can honestly say that the look on my wife's face when I proposed to her was priceless. While my wife has frugal taste, diamonds were one area she was particular about and she couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. If you want a unique ring, check out Charles Koll. While Tiffany and Co. is right across the way, you'll find a lot nicer rings at Charles Koll at a way better price.

Charles Koll specializes in custom jewelery so you can either buy something that one of their designers have created or you can design your own. My husband was so sweet - he chose a design that they made especially for me, and it was all a surprise. I was really touched - it's a personalized piece, which made it very special to me. The staff at Charles Koll are great, they allow you to take your time while giving you options and helping you to find jewelry that fits your likes and personality. I highly recommend this store - an engagement ring and wedding bands are something you will wear for a long time and I think it makes sense to spend the time to find or design something you love.
