The musicians were very experienced and well trained. One of our guests, a musician himself, really appreciated their quality. But their professionalism was absolutely horrendous. Out of the two musicians, one came 30 minutes to an hour late! I had no music for a good while until the musician that came on time decided to play a few songs by herself.
We had already paid $300 for the deposit months before the wedding date, and it was agreed that we would pay the remainder of the money a week before the wedding date. We mailed the check when we got to San Diego (my husband and I were traveling to our San Diego / Fallbrook wedding from Pennsylvania), but when we returned we had found out that the bank was not doing its job, so our check got bounced. We explained this to Angelica Strings, and sent a new check to them as soon as we could. This got bounced AGAIN because of the faulty bank, and now Angelica Strings was asking for the remaining $300, PLUS $50 for the bounced check fees ($25 x 2), PLUS another $300. Her e-mails were rude, sarcastic, and un-called for. She had apparently confused the two bounced checks as the first deposit and the second payment, but still.. there was no need for her to act so rudely to her customers who were trying their very best to make sure Angelica Strings was paid. In the end, we paid them only $250 for the second payment (including the bounced check fees). She was late to begin with, and VERY unprofessional in the way she handled the situation. Would not recommend.
very nice, beautiful music, was very easy to work with and had a great price for what we got. Everyone loved it.
