Extremely flexible! They let me add items to my rental list the day before the wedding, and they didn't charge me extra. They were a little slow getting the first estimate to me (it took about a week and a half), but there chairs and tables are in great condition and they help you load and unload if you decide to do all the delivering yourself (which we did). Great service!
