I am a professional harpist residing in San Diego. I have had the wonderful opportunity to play for a variety of weddings throughout the years with each setting unique and beautiful. Some of these venues include; the sea, beaches, gardens, churches, forests, zoos, cliffs, hotels, golf courses, private homes, vineyards, castles…With an average of 4 weddings a month, I’m confident that you will be pleased to have me play at your wedding!
I have put together custom packages that include suggested music selections for the different parts of your wedding, including the prelude, processional, recessional & postlude as well as cocktail hour/reception. I also provide beautiful ambience music for your bridal shower, engagement party and rehearsal dinner.
Testimonials:
“Dear Sonia,
I wanted to express to you how absolutely BEAUTIFUL and ROMANTIC your music was. When I heard Canon in D and saw the bridal party walking down the aisle.... *sigh* such a beautiful moment! But when I heard MY song.... I couldn't help myself… your music truly touched my heart. It was incredible. The guests were blown away by your talent as well! Thank you for making our special day!”

The Signal’s Margie Clark writes, “Sonia Olivas cast her own magical spell as the music seemed to bounce off of her finger tips as the flowing melodies moved from the pensive, deeper tones of the Nocturne, to the brighter, playful notes of the barcarolle”.
